Antecedents of Student Satisfaction: The Role of Student Perceived Service Quality

There is a lack of attention from past studies on the role antecedents in private higher education Malaysia. Thus, this paper aim to examine roles reliable information and experience student’s perceived service quality satisfaction among undergraduate students universities A self-administered questionnaire was adopted collected 388 valid data 9 The SERVPERF instrument evaluate students. PLS-SEM applied analyze students’ responses determining improving student by providing tertiary universities. findings depicted that significantly related with quality. However, there no relationships between Student found satisfaction. This provides valuable contribution body knowledge antecedent consequence study help management improve through focus antecedents, particularly information. Several implications are offered which would benefits Malaysia Ministry Higher Education.
